DOES FIWAREBOX support EU PRIVACY ACT?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

If we have an MSP, why do we need FIWAREBox?

MSPs collect readings. FIWAREBox unifies, analyses, provides dashboards, alerts, billing, semantics, customer mapping, and multi-utility insights over different MSPs.

Can FIWAREBox work with multiple MSPs?

Yes — and we unify water, electricity, heat, gas, GIS, buildings, open data, solar / EV / sensors. MSPs do not unify across domains.

Does FIWAREBox replace the MSP?

No. MSP = hardware + logistics. FIWAREBox = intelligence + analytics + billing (or existed billing integration) + semantic integration.Yes — and we unify water, electricity, heat, gas, GIS, buildings, open data, solar / EV / sensors. MSPs do not unify across domains.

Can you connect to any MSP?

Yes. API, CSV, SFTP, JSON, portal export — all supported. BUT it is easy to get documentation and support from the MSP.
